With over 12 years of experience in adult mental health, Aaron brings a grounded, compassionate approach to psychiatric care. He specializes in medication management for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and particularly enjoys working with complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and psychosis-related illnesses.
Aaron’s career has spanned various roles in inpatient hospitals, community mental health, and outpatient settings—giving him a deep, real-world understanding of how mental health affects every aspect of a person’s life. Additionally, he has practiced alongside numerous psychiatrists throughout his career, gaining valuable insight into diverse approaches to diagnosis and treatment.

Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a one-on-one session focused on developing a personalized medication plan that feels right for you. Together, we'll consider your symptoms, treatment history, and goals to support your mental and overall wellbeing.
Follow-Up Care
Your follow-up sessions are a chance to check in on how things are going, review progress, and fine-tune your treatment plan together. We’ll talk about what’s working, what’s not, and make adjustments that support your mental health goals.
FMLA or Disability Form Fill
If you're in need of medical documentation for FMLA, short-term disability, or long-term disability, Warta Wellness can help. We’ll review your symptoms, treatment history, and functional impairments to complete the necessary paperwork — so you can focus on healing, not hurdles.

Supportive talk therapy may be provided during medication appointments. However, a referral may be necessary for patients seeking structured, formal therapy.
